By accessing or using Vertinab (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Vertinab is an AI agent marketplace that provides businesses access to specialist AI agents for productivity, content creation, social media management, and professional services.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, or deceptive content, or to violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

5. Social Media Integrations

When you connect social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok), you authorise Vertinab to post content on your behalf only when you explicitly initiate a post. We do not post without your direct action.

6. Data & Privacy

We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Social media access tokens are stored encrypted and are never shared with third parties.

7. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vertinab is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
