1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly (name, email, organisation details), usage data (AI interactions, feature usage), and data from connected social media accounts (access tokens, profile names, usernames).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to provide and improve the Service, authenticate you, process payments, post content to social media on your behalf, and send essential service communications.

3. Social Media Data

When you connect a social media account, we store an encrypted access token to enable posting on your behalf. We access only the permissions you explicitly grant. We do not sell or share your social media data with third parties. You can disconnect any account at any time from your dashboard.

4. TikTok Data

Data obtained through TikTok's API is used solely to enable content posting and scheduling features within Vertinab. We do not use TikTok data for advertising or sell it to third parties. TikTok access tokens are encrypted at rest. Users can revoke access at any time by disconnecting TikTok from their Vertinab account or revoking permissions directly in TikTok settings.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with encryption at rest. Social media tokens are additionally encrypted using AES-256 before storage. We use HTTPS for all data in transit.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where required by law.

7. Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for data storage, and Anthropic's Claude API for AI capabilities. Each has their own privacy policies governing their use of data.

8. Your Rights

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
